A total of 8 dishes including 3 appetizers, a main course and a dessert.This course features seasonal appetizers and fish dishes made with fresh, in-season ingredients, as well as a chance to compare and contrast the sirloin and fillet cuts of Japanese Black Wagyu beef.In addition, you can choose from three types of pairings (4,800 yen/4 glasses) carefully selected by a sommelier to go with your meal: wine pairing, tea pairing, or half pairing.Can be added to the course for an additional 4,800 yen.Recommended for lunch with important people, such as business entertainment or anniversaries! *Course menu is 120 minutes long
