The meal consists of 10 courses in total, including four appetizers, a main course, and dessert.The main course is a luxurious tasting comparison of loin and fillet, where you can enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture and concentrated umami of Matsusaka beef, one of Japan's three great wagyu beefs.In addition, you can choose from three types of pairings (4,800 yen/4 glasses) carefully selected by a sommelier to go with your meal: wine pairing, tea pairing, or half pairing.Can be added to the course for an additional 4,800 yen.*Course time is 120 minutes
