The meal consists of 8 courses in total, including an appetizer, main course, and dessert.The main course is a tasting comparison of Matsusaka beef loin and fillet, which are said to be "works of meat art."Enjoy the sweet, rich, and elegant aroma and the meat is so tender it can be cut with chopsticks.In addition, you can choose from three types of pairings (4,800 yen/4 glasses) carefully selected by a sommelier to go with your meal: wine pairing, tea pairing, or half pairing.Can be added to the course for an additional 4,800 yen.*Course time is 120 minutes

*We can also accommodate orders for only 100g of loin or 80g of fillet.
《Meal》 Kyoto Hachidaime Gihei: Rice cooked in a pot, red miso soup, and simmered Kuroge Wagyu beef.
《Finishing touch》 Inaniwa udon noodles with wagyu beef broth and Arima sansho pepper.
Dessert: Mango, cassonade, edible flowers ~Catalana~
