The course includes 9 dishes in total: 3 seasonal appetizers, a special dish, seasonal fish, a main course, and dessert.The main course is a luxurious meal featuring high-quality teppanyaki meat, including a comparison of 50g of A4 Kuroge Wagyu sirloin and 40g of fillet.Additionally, a sommelier-selected wine pairing (4,800 yen/4 glasses) tailored to each dish can be added to the course for an additional 4,800 yen.Recommended for special occasions like anniversaries and dinners with loved ones. *Courses are limited to 120 minutes.

- A comparison of 50g of A4 Kuroge Wagyu sirloin and 40g of fillet. *100g of sirloin or 80g of fillet only is also available.

Kyoto Hachidaime Gihei: Rice cooked in a pot, red miso soup, and pickles.

*You can change to a curry made with Wagyu beef tendon and Awaji Island onions for an additional 500 yen, or to garlic rice made with Aomori Prefecture garlic for an additional 800 yen.
